Welcome to Solid Pro Security, your trusted provider of advanced Video Surveilance, access control, alarm systems, security automation, remote monitoring, and network security solutions for homes, businesses, and organizations. These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of our security installation, integration, remodeling, and related services, as well as the use of information presented on our website. By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or proceeding with any project, you agree to be bound by these terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Solid Pro Security. Our goal is to deliver reliable, high-quality protection solutions using cutting-edge technologies while ensuring clarity on responsibilities, limitations, and expectations for all parties involved. These terms apply to all consultations, site assessments, system designs, installations, upgrades, maintenance, and any associated remodeling works required to integrate secure infrastructure. We reserve the right to update these terms periodically, with changes effective upon posting on our website, and continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions. Please review this document carefully before proceeding with any security project or remodel integration with our systems.
Solid Pro Security agrees to provide professional consultation, design, supply, installation, configuration, testing, and handover of security systems including CCTV Video Surveilance, biometric and card-based access control, intrusion alarm detection, smart automation integration, 24/7 remote monitoring setup, and network security hardening as detailed in the agreed proposal or quote. Installation services encompass site preparation, wiring, device mounting, system integration into existing infrastructure, and any necessary minor remodeling works such as conduit routing, wall modifications, or electrical adjustments required for proper system functionality and compliance with safety standards. All work is performed in a good and workmanlike manner, adhering to applicable industry codes, local regulations, and manufacturer specifications. The scope excludes major structural alterations, extensive civil remodeling, or unrelated building works unless explicitly included in the written agreement. Any changes to the scope must be documented via a signed change order, which may adjust timelines, costs, and responsibilities accordingly. We provide training on basic system operation during handover, with advanced training available at additional cost. Services commence upon receipt of required approvals, deposits, and access permissions, and conclude upon successful system commissioning and client sign-off. Solid Pro Security is not liable for delays caused by client-side issues, third-party utilities, or unforeseen site conditions discovered during execution.
The client is responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to all relevant areas of the premises during agreed installation, inspection, maintenance, or service visits, including keys, codes, permissions, and coordination with building management or tenants where applicable. Clients must ensure accurate disclosure of existing infrastructure, electrical capacity, network configurations, and any potential hazards such as asbestos, structural weaknesses, or hidden utilities that could impact security system installation or remodeling integration. It is the client's duty to obtain all necessary permits, approvals, or consents required by local authorities for the proposed security works, including any remodeling aspects like drilling, cabling, or device placement. Clients agree to maintain the premises in a condition suitable for secure system operation post-installation and to report any issues promptly. Failure to provide timely access or accurate information may result in additional charges for rescheduling, extended labor, or scope adjustments. The client must not interfere with, modify, relocate, or tamper with installed equipment without prior written consent from Solid Pro Security. Clients are responsible for insuring the premises and any installed equipment against loss, damage, or theft during and after the project. Solid Pro Security reserves the right to suspend services if site conditions pose safety risks or access is unreasonably denied.
All pricing for security systems, installation, remodeling integration, maintenance, or monitoring services is quoted in writing and remains valid for the specified period unless otherwise stated. A deposit, typically 40-50% of the total project value, is required upon acceptance of the proposal to secure materials, scheduling, and commencement of works. The balance is payable upon substantial completion of installation, successful system testing, and client acceptance, with final payment due within the agreed timeframe, usually 7-15 days post-handover. Additional costs for scope changes, unforeseen site conditions requiring extra remodeling, overtime, or rush services will be invoiced separately with prior notification where possible. Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, permits, or third-party fees unless explicitly included in the quote. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. All payments are non-refundable except in cases of our material breach as determined by mutual agreement or legal ruling. Solid Pro Security retains ownership of equipment until full payment is received, and reserves the right to suspend services or remove equipment for non-payment after due notice.
Solid Pro Security provides a limited warranty on workmanship for installations and integrations, typically covering defects in installation or remodeling works for a period of one year from the date of handover, subject to proper system use and maintenance. Equipment warranties are passed through from manufacturers and vary by component (e.g., 1-5 years for cameras, recorders, access panels), with details provided in the proposal or product documentation. This warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts or labor at our discretion, excluding damage from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, power surges, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. No warranty is provided for system performance guarantees against all security threats, as no system can prevent every incident. Clients must maintain recommended maintenance schedules and report issues within the warranty period for coverage. Warranty claims require proof of purchase, installation records, and non-tampering evidence. Solid Pro Security disclaims all implied warranties beyond those expressly stated, and liability is limited to the repair or replacement value of affected components or services. Extended warranty or maintenance plans are available for additional coverage post-initial term.
Solid Pro Security's total liability arising from any security system installation, remodeling integration, service provision, or related agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, property damage beyond the installed equipment, personal injury, or security breaches resulting from external factors, client negligence, or inherent limitations of security technologies. No liability is accepted for failure of the system to prevent or deter crime, theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, or other incidents, as our solutions reduce rather than eliminate risks. We are not responsible for losses due to internet outages, power failures, cyber attacks on client networks, third-party interference, or force majeure events. Clients acknowledge that security systems serve as deterrents and aids, not absolute protections. Any claims must be brought within one year of the incident or discovery of the issue. Solid Pro Security is not liable for any pre-existing conditions, improper client maintenance, or unauthorized alterations to the installed systems. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Either party may terminate a service agreement for ongoing monitoring, maintenance, or subscription-based services by providing written notice at least 30-60 days prior to the end of the current term, depending on the specific contract. Projects involving one-time installation or remodeling may be canceled by the client prior to commencement with forfeiture of any deposit to cover committed costs, materials, and planning. Cancellation after work has started incurs charges for completed work, ordered materials, labor expended, and reasonable restocking or cancellation fees. Solid Pro Security may terminate or suspend services immediately for non-payment, material breach of these terms, unsafe site conditions, or fraud/misrepresentation by the client. Upon termination, the client must pay all outstanding amounts, and we reserve the right to remove unpaid equipment or disable remote access features. No refunds are provided for partially completed projects except in cases of our proven default. Terminated monitoring or remote services cease immediately upon effective date, with no prorated refunds unless otherwise agreed. Post-termination, clients remain responsible for any ongoing obligations related to installed equipment ownership, maintenance, or compliance.
These Terms & Conditions, along with any related agreements for security installations, remodeling works, or services provided by Solid Pro Security, are governed exclusively by the laws of the jurisdiction where the services are primarily performed, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms, our services, or installed systems shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, conducted in a mutually agreed location, with each party bearing its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. Arbitration awards are final and enforceable in any competent court. No class actions or representative proceedings are permitted. Solid Pro Security reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in court for breaches involving intellectual property, confidentiality, or immediate safety risks. The prevailing party in any legal action is entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs. These provisions survive termination or expiration of any agreement. Clients agree that venue for any court proceedings shall be in the appropriate courts located in the service jurisdiction.
